Architecture Note
The SovereignStack architecture is designed to support multi-jurisdiction deployments with geographic failover. The current production build runs on a single-jurisdiction Helsinki deployment. Geographic distribution is available as a deployment option for clients and is part of the full sovereign architecture — it is not yet active for this particular deployment.
